If you are dissatisfied with our services or believe an error occurred, please contact us at info@glhusa.com.
Include your full name, contact information, and a detailed description of the issue.
2. Review Process
We acknowledge receipt of all complaints within 3 business days and aim to provide a full written response within 10 business days.
All complaints are handled confidentially and reviewed by a senior representative of Global Legal Hub USA.
3. Resolution and Escalation
If a resolution cannot be reached internally, you may request an independent review.
For notary-related matters, we comply with state-specific regulatory authorities (e.g., California Secretary of State or applicable notarial commission).
4. Record Retention
All complaints and resolutions are documented and retained for a minimum of 3 years to ensure accountability and transparency.
